As soon as we receive your order, it's passed to our Operations team, who’ll send you an order acknowledgement, together with an anticipated delivery date.

Within 7 days of placing your order, you’ll receive your (empty) recycling container and a consignment note which you should sign and retain.

Place your recycling container in a safe, convenient location. Dispose of spent fluorescent tubes, lamps or electronics in the container, keeping it closed when not in use.

When your recycling container is full, simply call the number on the label and we’ll arrange to collect it (you can order a replacement at the same time). Place the signed consignment note inside the container.

On receiving your container, the contents are recycled in our licensed plant. We complete all the remaining details on the consignment note and return your copy. You should retain this as proof that your lamps have been recycled in accordance with EA regulations or as part of your ISO 14001 audit.
